Bespoke Driver Guided Tours of Yorkshire

If you have an idea about what sort of things you would like to see or do, or maybe have a particular interest in a subject be it wildlife, history, art, literature, food or the landscape - let us produce a tailor made, driver guided tour of Yorkshire.

Let me help you pull together an itinerary which will help you make the most of your stay. I have an insider track on most things Yorkshire and know a lot of people in the right places!

If needs be I can pull in local experts in a specific field to help you see and understand what you really are interested in. We can build up bespoke day trips or even week long excursions. We will take the hassle out of your trip planning, transport and accomodation requirements, as well as showing you some of Yorkshire's hidden gems.

I have an indepth knowledge of the geography and geology of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors & Coast, plus towns and cities like York, Leeds, Ilkley, Whitby and Harrogate. I'm also a qualified York Minster guide.

But, I also have access to experts in the Civil War, the Growth of the Monasteries,  The Bronte Sisters,  Titus Salt & Salltaire, Yorkshire Wildlife, Photography, Cooking experiences, Film in Yorkshire, the Railways,  Sheffield & Steel, Hull and its fishing as well as contacts at Museums, Galleries and other traditional Yorkshire experiences.

If you have any special dietry, mobility or other requirements, we can factor these into the itinerary. We can adapt tours so they appeal to children or teenagers.

Whilst most of the Real Yorkshire Tours are run as driver guided tours for 4 people, we can hire drivers, minibuses and coaches - so catering for larger groups. We can also ensure that refreshment stops are suitable and pre-booked depending on your preference.

Call us or email if you have any specific requirements you would like to discuss.
